The public comment period regarding changes to the medical cannabis program in New Mexico has been extended.
Changes to how medical marijuana is tested and marijuana consumption areas at certain dispensaries are on the agenda to be discussed, Albuquerque Journal reported.
The public and regulation panels were also expected to comment on banning certain additives from marijuana vape products. Vitamin E acetate was expected to be one of the banned additives.
A new date in January will be announced in the coming weeks for this public comment hearing.
